Service Description
Whether Court-ordered or attempting to avoid litigation, I am happy to help folks navigate tough issues pre- and post-Decree including but not limited to maintenance and child support; parenting time; division of debts and assets; and any remaining issues. Through care and kindness we will work together toward a resolution that is workable for both parties and their family.
Cancellation Policy
Notarization of a document is not an authentication of the document's correctness. It is the client's responsibility to obtain their own legal counsel with regard to the contents of the document. The notary is not a lawyer and will not and shall not provide legal advice to clients. A STATE-ISSUED PHOTO IDENTIFICATION/DRIVER'S LICENSE OR PASSPORT IS REQUIRED FOR ALL NOTARIZATIONS -- NO EXCEPTIONS. Notary will not accept any other form of identification including but not limited to school identification, birth certificates, social security cards, billing statements, membership cards or library cards. Should client book a Notary Service and not furnish one of these required identifications, the client forfeits their payment without promise if rescheduling without additional payment. Process servers are not lawyers. They cannot give legal advice. Process server will give three (3) attempts at personal service. Client acknowledges the more detailed information given at intake increases the chances at successful personal service.
